We have installed several Anabats in Durham Cathedral to monitor bat activity throughout the winter. The remote bat detectors will help us build up a picture of how the bats use the Cathedral and what species are present. This winter monitoring will compliment a long period of survey work undertaken throughout the summer.

We have recently invested in a new GIS package MapInfo which will enable us to produce high quality geographical data on all our reports. The GIS package will also provide a first class mapping service for Phase 1 habitat surveys offering our clients excellent value for money.
